Other Details to Note

No large parties and smoking or vaping inside the house. No visitors from guests without previous notice to us. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. The garage is not available for our guests. Excessive damage to property may result in a fine. Additional rental agreement required for 29+ night stays 30 days stay or more: We require a refundable security deposit proportional to the first month’s rent, due at the time of booking confirmation. The security deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damages or violations of house rules occur. Please note that we respond to all inquiries between 8 AM to 10 PM (PST); messages after will be attended the next day. Thanks for understanding. We have a pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside, especially if a door or window is left open.
