- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed. - Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect. - Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house. - No parties allowed. - We don't allow visitors from our guests for our security - No pets. - No smoke inside the property. There will be additional fee of $250 for special disinfection - No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis either). - We have a ring doorbell at the front - Locals must contact us before booking. Please note that we respond to all inquiries between 8 AM to 10 PM (PST); messages after will be attended to the next day. Thanks for understanding. We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roach, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
