Guests have access to the whole house minus the garage. Features: - Keyless entry with door code upon arrival. - Free Internet Wi-Fi. - Family Room: Netflix, ethernet cables. - Kitchen: Coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, oil, salts, and peppers. - Bathroom: Bathtub and stand-in shower, hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner, soap. - Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent, and softener. -We may have linens in the washer. We apologize. We can't wait for them to finish the cycle as we finish cleaning the house early. Sorry for the inconvenience. - Two parking spaces on the driveway and ample free street parking Check-in: 5 pm. Check-out: 11 am.

Spacious open concept kitchen fully stocked with all cooking utensils, coffee, and tea. It is readily set up with high-end stainless steel appliances. You have a microwave, a range, a dishwasher, a sink to wash and cook a delicious meal for your family. There are plenty of seating at the dining room (sits 6), the kitchen counter with bar stools(sit 2), or the patio (sits 6) to enjoy meals, picnic, drinks with your family. Living area has one comfortable sofa bed and 65" UHD SMART 4K TV with Netflix and other free apps to enjoy quality time with your family or friends. One continuous brand new vinyl wood flooring throughout the house. There are no steps up and down the entire house. It is a single level home. Bathrooms are completely refreshed with Marble Calacatta Glossy Ceramic Marble wall tiles, LED lights, brand new vanities, and toilets. The whopping Master bedroom has one big king size bed, one office desk, chair, its own separate air register. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and monitors decibel levels living areas and outside to protect you from noise complaints. This home may also have security cameras to ensure parking does not exceed legal requirements. We care about your safety and security. We do not permit any video security devices inside our homes.

Other Details to Note

- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed. - Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect. - Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house. - No parties allowed. - Please inform the host of any visitors during your stay. - No smoke inside of the property. We have smoke and noise-aware detectors to make sure our guests follow our house rules. If the smoke aware notify us that someone is smoking inside of the house, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and we will advise the guest to leave the property immediately. if we got a notification that the noise level is too high, we will reach out to the guest two times. If they don't change the behaviour we will cancel the reservation and invite the guest to leave the property. - No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither). - We have a ring doorbell at the front and back for security reasons. - Locals must contact us before booking. - The pool is not available during winter. -You can use and swim at the pool at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur. Please note that we respond to all inquiries between 8 AM to 10 PM (PST); messages after will be attended the next day. Thanks for understanding. *For long-term stays, we sign an extra agreement outside the platform* Additional rental agreement required for 29+ night stays 30 days stay or more: We require a refundable security deposit proportional to the first month’s rent, due at the time of booking confirmation. The security deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damages or violations of house rules occur. We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
