Guests have full access to the house minus the garage. -We may have linens in the washer. We apologize. We can't wait for them to finish the cycle as we finish cleaning the house early. Sorry for the inconvenience. -Parking is on the street only. You are welcome to park on the Driveway but we don't recommend it since it's small

Other Details to Note
No large parties and smoking nor vaping inside the house. No visitors from guest without previous notice to us. Quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM. Garage is not available for our guest. Excessive damage to property may result in a fine. - Locals must contact us before booking. Please note that we respond to all inquiries between 8 AM to 10 PM (PST); messages after will be attended the next day. Thanks for understanding. *For long-term stays, we sign an extra agreement outside the platform* Additional rental agreement required for 29+ night stays 30 days stay or more: We require a refundable security deposit proportional to the first month’s rent, due at the time of booking confirmation. The security deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damages or violations of house rules occur. We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
