Guests have access to the whole house minus the garage. Features: - Keyless entry with door code upon arrival. - Free Internet Wi-Fi. - Family Room: Netflix, ethernet cables. - Kitchen: Coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, oil, salts, and peppers. - Bathroom: Bathtub and stand-in shower, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, soap. - Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent, and softener. -We may have linens in the washer. We apologize. We can't wait for them to finish the cycle as we finish cleaning the house early. Sorry for the inconvenience. - Two parking spaces on the driveway and ample free street parking Check-in: 5 pm. Check-out: 11 am.

Additional 3 Spacious Bedrooms, 1 Office Room, & Hall Bath. Beautiful New Waterproof Vinyl Flooring thru-out Downstairs. New Carpets on Second Level. A spectacular private backyard, complete with mature trees, large built-in swimming pool and plenty of areas for play, dining or fire-pit conversations! Excellent schools within walking distance: Elk Grove High School, Kerr Middle School and Markofer Elementary. Bike, walk or run on the many nearby trails. Close to a new casino, theater, restaurants, and many new stores such as Costco, Sephora, Best Buy, Old Navy, and much more! Our home can accommodate up to 10 guests. Whether you are visiting for business, remote work from home, tour, you will find our fully furnished home perfect for families or friends traveling together. Two-story house. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located upstairs (one-bathroom ensuite to master bedroom). 1 bedroom (can be used as an office) and 1 full bathroom downstairs. We offer high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7. Please provide the accurate number of guests staying during your reservation. Any unsolicited visitors will be considered as trespassing.

Other Details to Note

- No Parties allowed - No Smoking inside of the property (fee will be assessed for traces of marijuana or cigarettes). - Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed. - Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect. - Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house. - We don't allow visitors from our guests for our security. - No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis either). - Locals must contact us before booking. - The pool is not available during winter, and it's only available during the summer season. (Pool is not heated) - You can use and swim at the pool at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur. - Security Camera installed outside for security. - Noise aware working 24/7 To make sure that the pool water is clean and treated, we have pool maintenance, weekly. Despite these efforts, leaves may still fall because we are surrounded by trees. *Our pool floor is stained due to the chemicals used for maintenance. * *For long-term stays, we sign an extra agreement outside the platform* Additional rental agreement required for 29+ night stays 30 days stay or more: We require a refundable security deposit proportional to the first month’s rent, due at the time of booking confirmation. The security deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damages or violations of house rules occur. We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roach, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
