South Sacramento is a gentrifying area. its of families and working class families live here. The area is generally quiet, but sometimes (on the weekends/evenings) there are the occasional festivities. The house is close to grocery shopping, markets as well as many big box stores.

NOTE: We do NOT HAVE cable services. We offer streaming services such as Netflix, Roku, Prime, & Hulu. (Guest has to use their own Netflix account)

If you get the chance, try electric bike and scooter sharing! JUMP and LIME are becoming more and more popular in the area and are a really fun way to get around. Of course Uber and Lyft are everywhere too! Public transportation runs up and down the main cross street ; although we are not the best with navigating the routes. Midtown is a 15 minute car ride away. If you have a car, please park right in front of the house on the street. The driveway is also available for parking.
